Donnarumma back to Italy?

Gianluigi Donnarumma's agent has sensationally suggested that the Man City goalkeeper would accept a return to Italy should it be offered.

Speaking in an interview with Italian broadcaster Rai, Enzo Raiola said: "Today at Manchester City he is finding serenity with the team and the environment, and he likes the project very much. 

"He is also starting to understand the English championship. The other day he told me jokingly that playing five or six years there is an adventure, but it was a joke... 

"However, if there is the opportunity to return to Italy, we will take it." 

'Mateta informs Palace he wants to leave club'

Crystal Palace striker Jean-Philippe Mateta has informed the club he wants to leave, according to Fabrizio Romano.

It is claimed that following talks with Aston Villa and Juventus, the France international hopes to leave in January, with the decision now in Palace's hands.

Negotiations reportedly remain ongoing.

Villa confirm Bailey loan recall from Roma

Aston Villa have confirmed the recall of Leon Bailey from his loan at Roma.

The winger joined the Italian club in the summer in a deal that included a purchase option.
